Do you want to physically improve certain body parts to become better in your sports routine? As a crossfitter you might want to improve your overhead and hip mobility to lift more weight; as a climber you might want to become better in your shoulder strength;  a dancer needs stable ankles, or maybe you are someone, who enjoys joining group training sessions and you just need some supporting exercises to work on your physical weak points? Either way, a good mobility and proper movement is key for a long lasting healthy body


The 3-months-program: 

  • entails tailor made personal coaching with a focus on mobility and individual sports coaching to reach your fitness goals,
  • combines individual assessments of your physical weak points,
  • focuses on a simple implementation in your daily life

Based on a full body mobility assessment, we'll set your goal together and create a training plan. Equipment is considered but not mandatory. We will make your tailored training program easy to implement and, more importantly, fun in order to stay consistent.

BASIC: 
MOBILITY ASSESSMENT + 3-MONTHS-PLAN + REASSESSMENT

CHF 350

  • Mobility assessment: 1 h full body mobility assessment, based on which, areas of improvement are defined.
  • 3-Months-Plan: based on the areas of improvement, I will create a mobility plan according to your individual needs. It includes a 1h introduction call. 
  • Reassessment: 30 min. mobility reassessment after 3 months in order to track your improvement.
EXTENDED: 
MOBILITY ASSESSMENT + 3-MONTHS-PLAN + 2 CHECK-INS À 30 MIN. + REASSESSMENT

CHF 399

  • Mobility assessment: 1h full body mobility assessment, based on which, areas of improvement are defined 
  • 3-Months-Plan: based on the areas of improvement, I will create a mobilityaccording to your individual needs. Little equipment needed. It includes a 1h introduction call.
  • Online Check-ins à 30 min.: We'll discuss any questions, look at the most challenging movements and adjust the plan if needed. Check-ins are online. 
  • Reassessment: 30 min. mobility reassessment after 3 months in order to track improvemen
FULL: 
MOBILITY ASSESSMENT + 3-MONTHS-PLAN + 4 CHECK-INS À 30 MIN. + REASSESSMENT

  • Mobility assessment: 1h full body mobility assessment, based on which, areas of improvement are defined
  • 3-Months-Plan: based on the areas of improvement, I will create a mobilityaccording to your individual needs. Little equipment needed. It includes a 1h introduction call.
  • Online Check-ins à 30 min.: We'll discuss any questions, look at the most challenging movements and adjust the plan if needed. You can choose between four 30-minute online-check-ins or two 1-hour online or face-to-face check-ins, where we review the entire program together.
  • Reassessment: 30 min. mobility reassessment after 3 months in order to track improvement.
PERSONAL TRAINING OR WORKSHOP
