MAYBE YOU'RE EXACTLY IN THE RIGHT PLACE

You sleep — and you're still tired.

You take a break — and still can't come down.

Your mind keeps running.

You take care of your health, your people, your life. And still, you feel overwhelmed by the things you should have under control.

This isn't weakness. This is your nervous system, overloaded.

And there's one tool that works exactly there: your breath.

"This is for you if..."

You're looking for a practice you'll actually stick with — not another app you swipe away

You want guidance and a real structure that helps you stick with it

You're willing to give it 3 months (because change needs repetition)

"Not for you if..."

You want a quick fix for yesterday

✗ You just want to dip your toe in — for that, I have the single class for CHF 20

✗ You can't (or don't want to) free up 30 minutes a week

WHAT'S INSIDE
Three pillars + One goal: your nervous system gets trained — regularly.

In this community you train exactly that: breath awareness, the connection to your nervous system, the influence on your emotional state. With different techniques — guided, live or on-demand. Simply in a way that fits into your everyday life.

And the best part: you're not doing it alone. You're part of a community that gets it. I'm in there too — with real, personal feedback whenever you need it.

COMMUNITY
Practice with like-minded people

Connect, share, support each other — with people who actually show up A space to exchange, to practice together, to grow with and learn from each other. New content gets added continuously. The community is hosted mainly in English so everyone can join — no pressure with the language, perfection not needed.

DIRECT ACCESS TO ME
You're not practicing alone

Direct line to me — for questions, motivation, real support. Ask me your questions directly in the community space or via DM. I give you personal feedback (during business hours, Mon–Fri). You're not a number in an app — you're part of something where I'm actually present.

LIVE CLASSES
breathe together regularly

Live, guided, in a group — from anywhere. Recorded! Every Monday, 8:30–9:00 PM (CET). 30 minutes where we train changing techniques together. Recorded, in case you can't make it live.

ON-DEMAND LIBRARY
Practice from anywhere,
on your own schedule

Guided sessions for every moment — before bed, after a hard day, before a big meeting. 10-, 15- or 20-minute sessions to breathe along with, a mix of techniques, always on demand. The library keeps growing.

KNOWLEDGE HUB
learn & understand
what's really happening

E-learnings that show you why your breath works. Deeper knowledge around your breath — to better understand why breathwork is important. At your own pace. More content gets added continuously — this is a living space, not a static course. Starting with: Signature Training "The Power of Breathing" — breath anatomy, background, positive effects, 4 techniques. The Power of Breathing is 4 sessions of 30 minutes each incl. a workbook— recommended pace: one per week. You'll learn how to use your breath on purpose: for better performance, faster recovery, more calm in everyday life, and real energy. You set the pace. Start when you want, practice how it works for you. The training is the same content as my Signature Workshop in person — just online and at your own rhythm.

COMMON QUESTIONS

VARIOUS MASSAGE TECHNIQUES CLASSIC MASSAGE The classic massage promotes relaxation and loosening of the muscles. The massage promotes blood circulation, stimulates the metabolism and positively influences your well-being. This type of massage is also known as "Swedish massage", because its technique was developed at the turn of the century by the Swede Henri Peter Ling. Classical massage has a wellness character and is suitable for those who want to relax and give their body some rest. You can book a partial or full body classic massage. SPORTS MASSAGE Nowadays, a sports massage can have various meanings. In general, it is a massage technique that is applied before, during and/or after sports activities. This technique activates the circulatory system and thus ensures a better oxygen supply to the organism and a better removal of metabolic waste products. Depending on the intention, the tone of the muscles is either strengthened (to prepare for the sports activity) or relaxed. A sports massage is suitable for those who want to prepare for sports activities or improve their regeneration. It is great to prevent injuries and promotes flexibility. DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE Deep tissue massage uses relatively strong pressure, slow and deep strokes to reach the inner layers of connective tissue (fascia) and muscles. The aim is to loosen deep-seated adhesions and muscle tension by increasing blood circulation. This massage technique is especially suitable for athletes to release muscle tension from sports-related injuries. FUNCTIONAL MASSAGE Functional massage combines joint movements and massage. In this way, joints can be mobilized and muscle stiffness can be released in targeted manner. By working together with the client and combining active and passive movements, the healing process is positively influenced. CUPPING With the help of cupping glasses, a negative pressure is created on certain areas of the skin. Through that, blood circulation is stimulated and present tensions in the organism released. Modern plastic cupping glasses are used, which have a valve so that the pressure can be adjusted at any time. Cupping is perfect for releasing deeper tensions. Through movements during cupping, we positively influence your flexibility and reach our goal faster. TRIGGER POINTS Trigger points are hardenings within a muscle, which cause the blood circulation to be impaired and thus, the muscle is no longer supplied with sufficient oxygen. They cause pain, which often occurs in completely different parts of the body than the trigger points itselves. Trigger point massage reduces energy consumption within the affected hard muscle and thus relieves the hardening. FOOT REFLEXOLOGY The foot reflexology therapy is a holistic treatment method based on the premise that specific areas of the feet are connected to organs and other parts of the body. By applying targeted massage or pressure to these reflex zones, the aim is to release blockages and stimulate the body's natural healing abilities. This form of therapy can be used to alleviate various ailments and promote overall well-being. LYMPHDRAINAGE Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system and supports the removal of excess fluid from the body. It helps reduce swelling, strengthens the immune system, and promotes detoxification. Especially beneficial after injuries or surgeries, for heavy legs, water retention, or simply for general recovery and relaxation.
