Various Massage Techniques
Classic Massage
The classic massage promotes relaxation and loosening of the muscles. The massage promotes blood circulation, stimulates the metabolism and positively influences your well-being. This type of massage is also known as "Swedish massage", because its technique was developed at the turn of the century by the Swede Henri Peter Ling. Classical massage has a wellness character and is suitable for those who want to relax and give their body some rest. You can book a partial or full body classic massage.
Sports Massage
Nowadays, a sports massage can have various meanings. In general, it is a massage technique that is applied before, during and/or after sports activities. This technique activates the circulatory system and thus ensures a better oxygen supply to the organism and a better removal of metabolic waste products. Depending on the intention, the tone of the muscles is either strengthened (to prepare for the sports activity) or relaxed. A sports massage is suitable for those who want to prepare for sports activities or improve their regeneration. It is great to prevent injuries and promotes flexibility.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage uses relatively strong pressure, slow and deep strokes to reach the inner layers of connective tissue (fascia) and muscles. The aim is to loosen deep-seated adhesions and muscle tension by increasing blood circulation. This massage technique is especially suitable for athletes to release muscle tension from sports-related injuries.
Functional Massage
Functional massage combines joint movements and massage. In this way, joints can be mobilized and muscle stiffness can be released in targeted manner. By working together with the client and combining active and passive movements, the healing process is positively influenced.

Trigger Points
Trigger points are hardenings within a muscle, which cause the blood circulation to be impaired and thus, the muscle is no longer supplied with sufficient oxygen. They cause pain, which often occurs in completely different parts of the body than the trigger points itselves. Trigger point massage reduces energy consumption within the affected hard muscle and thus relieves the hardening.
Foot Reflexology
The foot reflexology therapy is a holistic treatment method based on the premise that specific areas of the feet are connected to organs and other parts of the body. By applying targeted massage or pressure to these reflex zones, the aim is to release blockages and stimulate the body's natural healing abilities. This form of therapy can be used to alleviate various ailments and promote overall well-being.
