"BREATHING" is an individual coaching to improve the way you breathe. Through different breathing techniques, we can address different areas in life: Dealing with stress and nervousness, better preparation for training sessions and a calmer and longer breath during sports (indoor and outdoor) or improving your sleep. Through different techniques and more conscious breathing, you will learn to manage these situations better.

I am a certified Crossbreathing coach. In Crossbreathing we combine 12 different breathing techniques, which are handpicked to ensure that we get different benefits out of the various breathing techniques. I work according to the evoºlungs breathing programme. I offer 1:1 coaching, online group classes and physical group workshops. There are no limits to BREATHING.

GROUP BREATHING CLASS ONLINE

Together with other participants, we will practice breathing techniques that will bring you various health benefits and at the same time prepare you for your everyday life to better manage stressful situations, promote regeneration and much more. If you have already attended a workshop with me, this class is the perfect way to practise breathing techniques regularly and build on what you have already learned. However, there is no furhter prior knowledge needed, everyone can participate.
- Each class includes the practice of 2-3 breathing techniques. It is a purely "practical" class, no theoretical knowledge is presented.
- After registering for the class, you will receive a short "how-to" video to learn the most important facts about conscious breathing. No further prior knowledge is necessary.
- You need an electronic device connected to internet with a working camera and headphones, a microphone is not a must. Make sure you will not be disturbed during the class.
- The class is comparable to a "sports group class". We use breathing techniques to train your CO2 tolerance, heart rate variability, lung capacity, mindfulness, etc.
- A session lasts 25 minutes and is conducted online.

- A session lasts 45 minutes and is conducted in person.
- To start with, I recommend that you book the on-site sessions at least every 2 weeks. Once you have gotten used to your new breathing techniques, the frequency can be adjusted and/or you could switch to online coaching.
